Sanda or Jow Ga Kung Fu Private Classes Available: 11 am, 3:30 pm.  1 hr sessions

Wednesdays

Sanda Group Classes: 9 am, 1 pm, 3:30 pm.  1 hr sessions

Sanda or Jow Ga Kung Fu Private Classes Available:  10 am, 2 pm. 1 hr sessions

Saturdays

Jow Ga Kung Fu Classes:  10:30 am,  11:30 am 

Lion Dance:  12:30 pm

Kids Kung Fu ( 8-12 yr old) classes and Self-defense seminars COMING SOON!
